The soul behind the brand
Hi, I’m Courtney, the founder and creative strategist of Homecourt. In 2017, I started my own studio, because after years of working as a designer for big box agencies, I was completely disillusioned by the lack of support for small business owners with big visions. Nearly a decade later, I’m still doing this work. And nothing beats when a client opens their final brand files only to cry tears of joy because the things they’ve worked so hard for finally feels right to them.
All of those experiences have shaped how I believe in building projects now – with intention and sustainability at the center.

A week in the life
A week in the life of a boutique design agency owner is anything but dull. There are never-ending emails to reply to, crises to be handled, a whole lot of project work to do… And, of course, a sprinkle of self-care to keep balanced.
Because the chaos, curveballs, client spirals, and the snacks (who could forget about the snacks?!) are all just part of the journey.
